Cancellation Policy

Lesson Booking & Cancellation Policy: Cancellation: Lessons may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without any charge. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the lesson will incur the full lesson fee. Rescheduling: Lessons may be rescheduled free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled lesson time. Requests made within 1 hour of the lesson may not be accommodated. New Bookings: All new lesson bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the desired lesson time.
